Beth M. Biography
My first interest in photography started almost 30 years ago when I won a 110 film camera from a contest I entered in the local newspaper. My first "exposure" to a darkroom was in high school where I was fortunate enough to attend a school that had a photography program.
I attended New York University's Tisch School of the Arts and later transferred to Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, CA, where I received my Bachelor of Arts degree as a professional photographer.
All of my photographs are taken with a film camera. Film captures light and color like no other digital camera can. Using film provides me with wide textures and colors which brings out the beauty in each landscape photograph.
